A roof problem
is a business problem

A leak over a server room, a sales floor or a sanctuary isn’t just a building issue — it stops you trading. That’s why we treat commercial work as a scheduling problem as much as a roofing one.

We’ll walk the roof, tell you honestly whether you’re looking at a repair or a replacement, and put together a plan that works around your operating hours. Being open 24 hours means we can do noisy or disruptive phases overnight when that’s what the job needs.

Who We Work For

Buildings we look after

Offices & retail

Storefronts, professional offices and small commercial units where a leak means closing a room to customers.

Churches & halls

Large spans, older structures and tight budgets. We’ll tell you what has to be done now and what can wait a season.

Warehouses & light industrial

Big low-slope areas where a small failure spreads a long way before anybody notices it inside.

Rental & multi-unit

Landlords and property managers who need the job documented properly and the tenants kept happy.

TPO Membrane

The system most
flat roofs want

TPO is a single-ply membrane that gets heat-welded at the seams rather than glued. That weld is the reason it holds up: it fuses the sheets into one surface instead of relying on an adhesive to stay stuck.

Minimum 25-year TPO warranty

Commercial TPO we install carries a minimum 25-year manufacturer warranty on the membrane, plus our own minimum 5-year workmanship warranty on the labor.

Both are minimums. Depending on the membrane thickness and the manufacturer, your roof may carry longer cover — we’ll confirm exactly what applies before you sign anything.

Flat & Low-Slope

Where flat roofs fail

Low-slope roofs don’t shed water the way a pitched roof does, so every detail has to hold. These are the three places we look first.

Standing water

Ponding that’s still there two days after rain means the drainage isn’t working. Left alone it degrades the membrane and loads the structure.

Seams & penetrations

Most flat-roof leaks come in at a seam, a curb, or around an HVAC unit — not through the middle of the field.

Flashing at the parapet

Where the roof meets a wall is the hardest working joint on the building, and the first thing to open up as the structure moves.

Open 24 Hours

Out of hours is
often the best hours

For a lot of commercial buildings, the ideal time to do roof work is when nobody is inside. We’re staffed around the clock, so overnight and weekend phases aren’t a special favor — they’re just how we schedule.

And if water is coming through the ceiling at 3am, you get a person on the phone rather than an answering machine.
